What to expect.

During your time at Arena Ready we'll guide you through your fitness journey, from the early stages of learning the ropes to the advanced levels of breaking through training plateaus. 

We strongly believe that proper movement, efficient technique, and self-awareness regarding one's strengths and limitations are the foundation for successful, long-term gains in fitness, strength, and overall physical health. The On-Boarding Series (see Getting Started below) allows us to become familiar with each athlete's movement patterns, goals, expectations, and unique background, so that we may adapt our coaching and program template in a way that will most benefit that individual athlete.  

We believe in quality coaching for every athlete in every class. In an effort to maintain a high level of personal attention in our intimate group classes we offer four On-Boarding opportunities per year for newcomers to CrossFit, and accept new members as membership spaces become available.

We require new CrossFit athletes to complete our On-Boarding Series because we care about your health and safety, and because we care about maintaining the quality of coaching in our group classes.

Getting started.

If you're new to CrossFit, and would like to join the fantastic community of athletes at Arena Ready, we're here to help you get started with our FREE two-class On-Boarding Series.

For the safety of all athletes we require individuals who are new to CrossFit to attend our two-class On-Boarding Series prior to taking regular group classes.  This applies to athletes who have less than 6 months of recent (within the last year) and regular (3x per week or more) training experience at a registered CrossFit affiliate.

 WE RUN OUR ON-BOARDING SERIES FOUR TIMES PER YEAR FOR PROSPECTIVE NEW MEMBERS: 

January, April, July, October (see dates below for the next On-Boarding) 

STEP 1: Take our FREE "Introduction to CrossFit" class - Saturday, October 13th 2018

This 90-minute class includes:

  • An overview of the basic methodology of CrossFit, and our training philosophies at Arena Ready
  • Instruction on and exposure to some of the functional movements we utilize in our program
  • A fun "teaser" workout to get your sweat going and your curiosity satisfied
  • An opportunity to check out the gym and ask any questions you may have
  • REGISTER HERE to save your spot

Step 2: Take our FREE "Beginner's CrossFit" class - Saturday, October 20th 2018

This 90-minute class includes:

  • Expanded instruction on a broader group of foundational movements we regularly train
  • An opportunity to experience the flow of a group CrossFit class alongside other newcomers
  • An opportunity for us to further observe your movement patterns and to coach you through the basics
  • REGISTER HERE to save your spot

Step 3: Take control of your fitness and select a membership

Once you've taken BOTH the "Introduction to CrossFit" class and the "Beginner's CrossFit" class you're ready to start taking our group CrossFit classes as a member at Arena Ready. We understand that attending both classes may be challenging for those with demanding schedules, however this is the only opportunity for us to on-board newcomers, so we hope that you can make a small investment in your time to make a big difference in your fitness.

If you're looking to join Arena Ready, and are an experienced CrossFitter with at least 6 months of recent (within the last year) and regular (3x per week or more) training at a registered CrossFit affiliate, please contact us to discuss your on-boarding process - kindly include a brief description of your training background and let us know the CrossFit affiliate where you currently train or last trained. We periodically accept a handful of experienced new members, and we'd love to have you as a part of the Arena Ready family.

All memberships include unlimited weekly classes including coached Open Gym time on Sundays, and we recommend scaling appropriately so that you can attend class a minimum of 3-4 times per week.

Unlimited Membership - PAID MONTHLY options:

  • $259 per month auto-bill (with 12-month commitment)

  • $279 per month auto-bill (with 6-month commitment)

  • $299 per month

  • All options include unlimited weekly classes

MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS.

Discounts are available on 6-month and 12-month memberships for the following folks:

  • Law Enforcement, Military Servicemen/Servicewomen and Veterans, Firefighters, and Teachers
  • Couples with the same address
  • Individuals qualified to compete on the Arena Ready Team (based either on CrossFit Games Regionals participation in 2017 or 2018, or on a Regional top-200 individual placement in the 2018 CrossFit Games Open)

DROP INS.

Out-of-town visitors with at least 6 months of recent (within the last year) and regular (3x per week of more) CrossFit experience are welcome to drop in to any available group CrossFit class except for weekday 6am classes (which are reserved for Arena Ready members only). The drop in fee is $30 per class.

1) Please purchase a drop-in AND reserve your spot in class HERE.

2) Fill out our eWaiver prior to your visit HERE.

3) Kindly arrive 10 minutes before to the start of class to get situated and meet the coach.
