WOD for 08-30-16:

On A Running Clock...

A) From 0:00 - 15:00

Strict Press:

3-3-2-2-1-1-1

Establish a heavy single for today OR current 1RM.

 

B) From 15:00 - 32:00

Front Squat:

3-3-2-2-1-1-1

Establish a heavy single for today. If possible add to 08-09-16.

 

C) From 34:00 - 40:00

Weighted Plank Hold:

3 x 0:45 (Rest 1:00 Between Sets)

If possible add to 07-12-16, 07-22-16, and 08-09-16.
