OK folks, the Day 3 Events for the 2016 CrossFit Games Regionals have been announced and we now know what the entire weekend of competition holds for Coach Sarah and all of the other top CrossFitters who begin the Regionals phase of the Games Season.  Check out all the workout details here (we've also pasted the Events snapshot below) and then watch the CrossFit Games Update Show coverage of Events 6 and 7 that were announced on Wednesday (also included below).
