While many of you were at Arena Ready for our Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday WODs, several of our members were dropping-in to local CrossFit affiliates during their travels to see family and friends for the holiday.

Both athletes complete three working sets of eight reps.  If possible, add to your working weight from 11-18-16.
