2 Rounds of "Cindy"


1 Round of "Cindy" = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats 

Partners switch after every 2 rounds of "Cindy" are completed.  Complete the 8-8-8 triplet continuously, with one partner picking up exactly where the other left off.  The team's cumulative score is the total number of rounds + reps completed of the 8-8-8 triplet PLUS "Cindy."
